Ms. Stevens received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Communications from California State University, Long Beach. After obtaining her real estate license, she began her career in real estate lending with Countrywide. She then went on to work for large institutions such as New Century Financial, and recently with Wachovia, one of the largest global financial services firms in the world. Ms. Stevens is the proud recipient of numerous sales awards, having been invited to the Platinum Producer’s Circle and President’s Club at Countrywide and Wachovia, respectively.

Ms. Stevens is an active member of the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Business Council. Marya is responsible for executing West Coast retained search assignments in commercial and investment banking.
