Mr. Bhatia joined Russell Stephens’ New York office with 12 years of transaction experience in both middle market and Fortune-500 lending, from top-rated global banks and investment firms. After receiving his MBA from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business, Gyan began his career gaining significant experience as a credit analyst and then graduated to relationship manager positions. As a Global Corporate Banker, he originated and negotiated transactions involving Global Trade Finance and Asset-Based Lending for investment grade and non-investment grade corporates. He also cross-sold product areas and led global business development and relationship management across the Oil & Gas/Energy, Industrial Mining, Consumer Goods, Telecom and the Automotive industries.
