Mr. Vallecillo received his BA degree in Business Administration Management from San Francisco State University. He began his career in financial services with American General Finance, a subsidiary of AIG in their management training program and advanced through several key assignments into a managerial role. He was able to leverage this experience into more advanced positions at Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America, where he managed the portfolios of high net worth consumer and business clients.

Mr. Vallecillo later accepted a management position with California Federal Bank before joining Russell Stephens. David has been honored for his job placement work with the prestigious Performers Board award.
